NEON VOID

Privacy Policy

Neon Void · Tiny Serious · Last updated 21 August 2026

Neon Void does not collect any data about you. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no account, and no server we send anything to. This page explains that in full.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the iOS game Neon Void, published by Tiny Serious ("we"). It describes what happens to information when you use the game.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store or transmit personal data, usage data, identifiers, device information, location, contacts, or diagnostics.

The game contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no third-party libraries of any kind. It makes no network requests of its own.

What stays on your device

The game saves a small amount of information locally so it can remember your progress between sessions. This is stored by iOS in the app's own private container and is never transmitted anywhere:

Deleting the app removes all of it. We have no copy and no way to retrieve it.

Purchases

Neon Void offers a single one-time purchase to unlock the full game. That transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or any information identifying you.

The game asks Apple whether a valid purchase exists on the device so it knows to unlock. That check happens between your device and Apple. Apple's handling of it is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Neon Void is suitable for general audiences and collects no data from anyone, including children. Because we collect nothing at all, there is nothing we could knowingly or unknowingly gather from a child.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework, because there is nothing to request permission for. The app's privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking as false and lists no collected data types.

If you contact us

If you email support, we will have whatever you put in that email — your address and your message. We use it only to answer you, we do not add it to any list, and we do not share it. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear here with a new date. If a future version of the game ever collects anything, we will say so plainly here and in the app before it does.
