Email [email protected] and a person will read it. It helps if you mention your device and iOS version, and what happened just before the problem.
Common questions
- I paid, but the game is asking me to buy it again.
- Open the game, let it reach the unlock screen, and tap Restore Purchase. That asks Apple to re-check your Apple Account and re-apply the unlock. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on — a different account will not find the purchase. If it still does not restore, email us.
- I got a new phone. Do I have to buy it again?
- No. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, not the device. Install the game and tap Restore Purchase.
- My scores and statistics are gone.
- Progress is stored only on the device, and deleting the app deletes it. This is a direct consequence of the game having no account and no server: there is nothing of yours anywhere for us to restore from. Your purchase is safe and restorable — the scores are not.
- The unlock screen says the store is unavailable.
- The game needs a connection to fetch the price from Apple. Check your connection and tap Retry. If you have already purchased, Restore Purchase works offline, because the receipt is already on your device.
- How do I unlock the other ships?
- Hulls are certified by your best score: Striker at 10,000, Vanguard at 25,000, Phantom at 50,000, Nova at 100,000. A locked hull shows its target in the hangar. They are cosmetic — every hull flies with identical speed, fire rate and hit box, so there is no wrong choice and nothing is gated behind them.
- I want a refund.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we have no access to the transaction. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If something in the game caused it, we would like to hear about that too.
- Which devices does it run on?
- iPhone running iOS 17 or later. It is portrait-only and designed for one-handed play.
- Is there any tracking or advertising?
- No. There is no analytics, no advertising, no account, and the game makes no network requests of its own. See the privacy policy.
- The game feels too hard.
- Two things most players find late: your hit box is much smaller than the ship, so gaps you think you cannot fit through you usually can. And enemy fire aims where you are, not where you were — small constant movement beats big dodges.
Reporting a bug
Useful things to include, if you have them: your device model, your iOS version, which wave you were on, and whether it is repeatable. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a lot.
